CeraFuse™ is a unique ceramic deposit based upon the microarc welding, melting and compacting of oxide films created on the surface of aluminum substrates. The process is environmentally benign and may be applied to a thickness approaching 300 microns (0.012 inches). The CeraFuse™ process can used with all types of aluminum alloy with equally superb quality. Ongoing development will include the ability to coat titanium, magnesium and many other alloys.
